Legislative District 61 welcomes Ryan Frandsen as our new Legislative District Vice Chair. Ryan has been active in the Republican Party for some time, and has most recently been serving as a Precinct Chair in Provo. He is a great asset in our district, and will undoubtedly be a great asset to the legislative district leadership team.
